  TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MEDIOCRE FOOD at this establishment. Long waits for basic meals. We ordered a pizza - 40 minutes to come to the table. When it finally arrived there was no apology for the wait time - just excuses from the manager, who claimed "different dishes take different times" and that the kitchen "was being hammered" even though other diners who arrived after us received their meals way before us. The wait might have been worth it had the food been good. It wasn't. When the pizza finally arrived pastry was dry as an old boot, toppings meagre. A piece of cardboard might have had more flavour. When you provide feedback to staff about omissions in service the manager comes to your table and tells you "You have a bad attitude". When you advise management at the Carrington - who manage this restaurant - they refuse to acknowledge omissions in service and make excuses for poor service standards. No wonder service staff get away with belligerent behaviour toward diners. If you want edible food and courteous service go elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED.

  Very poor service at this establishment and food is average at best. Very long wait times. We waited a very long time for our meals to be served, not the first time. Disconcerting when other meals that were ordered after ours come out 20 minutes earlier. Staff don't care, are belligerent and argumentative. This restaurant operates under the umbrella of The Carrington in Katoomba, a four star establishment. But there is nothing stellar about the food or service at this restaurant. We will never eat there again. Because we have had one too many bad experiences at this sub-par restaurant.
